Jon Antevy, Founder and CEO

Jon is an architect and recognized leader in the field of Web-based construction and capital project management software. Following his research of multimedia and Internet applications for the construction industry as part of his Master's thesis, he launched e-Builder. Before founding e-Builder, Jon worked for several construction companies as a pre-construction services specialist. In 1995, he was nominated by Engineering News-Record as one of the Top 25 Newsmakers of the Year for being the first person to move practical construction applications onto the Web.

In 1999 Jon was selected by Engineering News-Record as one of the Top 125 Innovators in the last 125 years of the construction industry. He holds a master's degree in construction management from the M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction, and a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Florida.

Ron Antevy, President

Ron Antevy has held various senior management positions in the environmental construction and services industries, including regional director of operations for Waste Management, where he managed 19 facilities with 200 employees and annual revenues in excess of $150 million. Prior to Waste Management, Antevy held several senior operations positions within emerging companies in the environmental services sector.

Ron is member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers. A registered engineer in the state of Florida, Antevy is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Engineering, with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

James Caza, Vice President - Product Development

James Caza has over twelve years of experience in the design, engineering and operation of Web-based software. Prior to joining e-Builder, he consulted for IBM on their worldwide Internet systems. Before working for IBM, Caza designed and implemented database systems for the University of Florida College of Medicine. Caza is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Engineering, with a bachelor's degree in computer engineering.

Brian Norusis, Director - Professional Services

Brian is the Director of Professional Services and is dedicated to ensuring successful implementations of the e-Builder product suite.  Brian has over 15 years of software implementation and integration experience, implementing solutions for clients around the world.  In addition, Brian brings a wealth of experience building efficient and effective technology focused implementations teams. 

Before joining e-Builder, Brian was responsible for key enterprise-wide software implementations at Alltel Communications, the 5th largest wireless company in the United States.  Before working with Alltel, Brian was based in New Zealand and led a 50+ member team of Professional Services and Customer Support personnel for the largest software company in New Zealand, Peace Software (First Data Utilities).  Brian earned his undergraduate degree from James Madison University and his MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he graduated with high honors.

Linda Madden, Director - Finance

Linda Madden joined e-Builder as controller in 1998. Prior to e-Builder she was financial manager for Applied Technology & Management, an environmental engineering and consulting firm in Gainesville, Florida. Madden has over 23 years of experience managing the financial functions of professional services and technology companies. She holds a BA degree in Business Administration, with a specialty in accounting from Saint Leo University in Florida.

Richard Talboy, Director - Operations

Richard is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the e-Builder platform. He brings over 19 years of experience in technical operations and project management to e-Builder, having held various IT management positions. His background includes experience in: Networking & Connectivity; Systems Integration; Strategic Planning; Local Area Network (LAN); Wide Area Network (WAN); Project Management; Infrastructure Development; Staff Training; Continuous Process Improvement; Resource Allocation; System Setup; Operational Leadership; Multisite Operations Management; and Off-Site Backup & Mirroring. Richard holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Iowa State University, plus certifications as a Cisco Certified Network Associate, Novell Certified Network Engineer, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
