About the Speakers
Carren A. Gallick, CCC is a Senior Project Consultant and Damages Specialist with The Duggan Rhodes Group. She specializes in construction cost consulting, claim analysis and preparation, and damage assessment and quantification associated with construction delays, disruptions and lost productivity.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Duquesne University and is a Certified Cost Consultant.
William Kerns is a Director and Expert Witness with The Duggan Rhodes Group and specializes in the calculation of delay and disruption related damages, construction cost accounting systems consulting and construction financial reporting consulting. He has 25 years of experience in the construction industry and in his tenure has served as CFO to several specialty construction companies.
William is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science Degree in Public Policy and Management, also from Carnegie Mellon University.
